A program designed for excellence
For several months now, our teams have been working passionately to design a unique training program: the MEMORIST Young Graduate Program. At the beginning of March, we had the honor of welcoming the first cohort of young talents who are preparing to become the future professionals in the preservation and enhancement of heritage. This program, which combines theoretical teaching and practical immersion, has been designed to transmit the know-how essential to the conservation of cultural heritage. The launch was marked by the presence of Alain Taieb, Cédric Castro and Gregory Masanet, members of the Board of Mobilitas, MEMORIST’s parent company, who made a point of meeting the students in person to welcome them and emphasize the importance of their commitment to this field of the future.
Complete immersion in the world of cultural heritage
Lasting 18 months and based in the Paris region, the Young Graduate Program alternates between training and immersion in one of our divisions. Supervised by their trainer Olivier Barrière and supported by their work-study supervisors, these students will have the opportunity to explore the many facets of heritage preservation: 2D and 3D digitization, management of photographic and audiovisual collections, archive conservation and much more. MEMORIST makes it a point of honor to offer a training program of excellence, including international assignments in countries such as South Africa, Kuwait, Switzerland and Portugal. Thanks to this immersive approach, participants will develop a solid heritage culture while acquiring skills adapted to the contemporary challenges of conservation and project management.
A strong commitment to transmission
The launch of the Young Graduate Program illustrates MEMORIST’s desire to pass on its know-how and invest in the training of the younger generations. This program is part of our ongoing commitment to the transmission and development of skills in a sector where expertise is essential. At the end of their course, these young graduates will have all the keys to pursue their career as Project Managers, Image and Heritage, whether within MEMORIST or in other cultural institutions. We are proud to initiate this training cycle which contributes not only to the preservation of heritage, but also to the training of passionate and committed future experts.
